  The Local branch of the IBEW - Local 352 has approximately 450 members comprised of
  Lansing Board of Water and Light Employees and D.T.E. Energy Services Employees (Formally
  known as Duke Energy - C.U.C.) located in Lansing, Michigan which is a part of IBEW
  International's sixth district.  

  The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) represents
  approximately 725,000 members who work in a wide variety of fields, 
  including utilities, construction, telecommunications, broadcasting, 
  manufacturing, railroads and government.

  insure that  the I.B.E.W. Local 352 is

  in conjunction with a working partnership
  with the Lansing  Board of Water and Light 
  and D.T.E. Energy Services.  Providing the
